The European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) is a leading professional organization dedicated to advancing the field of work and organizational psychology across Europe.
Purpose
Our primary purpose is to foster collaboration among researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to enhance the well-being and performance of individuals and organizations.
Mission
To promote and support the development and application of Work and Organizational Psychology in Europe and to facilitate links between scientists and practitioners working in this field across Europe.
What we do
EAWOP achieves its purpose through organizing conferences, workshops, and small group meetings, promoting evidence-based practices, and supporting innovative research initiatives. Through the EAWOP Impact Incubator, EAWOP engages with policymakers and policymaking across Europe through providing the evidence and insights that are generated from Work & Organizational Psychology research and practice.
EAWOP publishes three esteemed journals: the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology (EJWOP), Organizational Psychology Review (OPR), and InPractice, catering to scientific and practical audiences.
