At this particular moment in history, we are experiencing several major social, political, economic, technological, and environmental changes having the potential of negatively and positively impact the world of work and organizations. For example, creating new forms of work or dynamics within an organization, may isolate people from each other.  

To face these challenges, work and organizational psychology emerges as a key discipline and profession likely to re-connect people, organizations and technology. The 23rd EAWOP Congress therefore sets itself the task of creating synergies and building bridges that actively facilitate the construction of more inclusive, purposeful, and sustainable societies.
