Call for Unpublished Research

Dear colleagues,

Do you research depression in the workplace?

I am leading a review on depression as a predictor of individual-level workplace outcomes. The goal is to synthesize evidence on how depression relates to experiences at work. To reduce publication bias and ensure a comprehensive review, we are looking for unpublished studies, in-press papers, or work under review that fit the following criteria:

·        Depression is measured and treated as a predictor (not as an outcome or moderator)

·        The study examines work-related outcomes, mediators, or moderators of depression

·        The sample consists of employed adults

We are excluding studies where:

·        Depression is an outcome

·        Depression is grouped with other mental health conditions and cannot be examined separately

·        Depression is measured as affect or mood rather than a disorder

·        The sample is not employed (e.g., students, clinical patients)

·        The sample is a niche population with unique illness experiences (e.g., cancer or MS)

·        The focus is on costs or prevalence rather than employee outcomes at work
