EAWOP’s Co-Creation Initiatives are dynamic platforms designed to unite practitioners, researchers, and organizations in shaping the future of work and organizational psychology. These initiatives emphasize collaboration and shared expertise to tackle complex workplace challenges and develop innovative solutions. By combining diverse perspectives and knowledge, EAWOP fosters impactful projects that advance the field and create sustainable, real-world change.
EAWOP's Co-Creation Initiatives are designed to foster collaboration between researchers and practitioners to develop solution-oriented projects with meaningful impact. These initiatives provide an excellent opportunity for EAWOP members to work together on creating impactful products, such as training programs, assessment tools, best practice guidelines, technology solutions, and intervention programs.
Co-Creation initiatives grant
In 2024 EAWOP started the Co-Creation initiatives grants. Successful proposals receive up to €3500 in funding to support their activities, and the outcomes are showcased at the EAWOP Congress and featured in the EAWOP Impact Incubator.
