Policy Links

EAWOP actively engages with various policy bodies to influence and shape policies related to work and organizational psychology. 

Our collaborations include the International Labour Organization (ILO), where we participate in initiatives such as the EAWOP summer school. 

We also work closely with the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO), contributing to the development of standards in human resource management. 

Additionally, EAWOP collaborates with Eurofound, exploring possibilities for joint projects and initiatives. 

Our partnership with the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU OSHA) focuses on improving occupational safety and health across Europe. 

Furthermore, EAWOP engages with the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) to address labor-related issues and promote evidence-based practices in organizational psychology. 

These collaborations enable EAWOP’s members to contribute to developing effective and sustainable work environments.

EAWOP is a proud founding member of the Alliance for Organisational Psychology, which fosters international collaboration and advances the science and practice of organizational psychology globally.

European Federation of Psychological Associations

EAWOP works closely with the European Federation of Psychologists' Associations to promote psychology as a science and profession across Europe.

European Network of Organizational Psychologists

EAWOP collaborates with the European Network of Organizational Psychologists to address challenges posed by European integration and to develop a genuine European orientation in research and academic exchange.

European Consortium for Psychological Science

Through our involvement in the European Consortium for Psychological Science, we aim to stimulate and promote psychological science in Europe.

International Standards Organizational (ISO)

EAWOP is registered as an organisation that works in cooperation with the International Standards Organization (ISO) and several EAWOP members contribute to the develop of new ISO standards related to human resource management, performance management and workforce wellbeing.
