Call for Papers – “Overlooked No More: Managing Talent of Older Workers”
Special Issue in The International Journal of Human Resource Management
The global workforce is aging. While this shift is widely recognized, the talents of older workers remain too often overlooked and underutilized. This Special Issue seeks fresh perspectives on talent management with a focus on older workers.
We welcome empirical, conceptual, and review papers, particularly those adopting cross- cultural or multinational perspectives.
