Special Issue: Organizational Change in Transforming Global Contexts: Rethinking What We Study and What We Know

How well does our current research on organizational change actually capture how change is enacted, perceived, and lived at work today. This upcoming Special Issue in the Journal of Organizational Behavior invites conceptual, empirical, longitudinal, processual, and computational contributions that challenge traditional models, revisit foundational assumptions, and bring fresh theoretical and methodological thinking to the study of change.

Submissions open 15 January 2027, deadline 15 February 2027. All manuscripts undergo blind review.
