Statement
EAWOP’s mission is to promote and support the development and application of Work and Organizational Psychology in Europe. We also want to facilitate links between scientists and practitioners working in this field across Europe. We need you, our members, to start new initiatives and come up with ideas that are good for our profession and for the employees and organizations in Europe. If you have an excellent idea or initiative that needs a push in the back, do not hesitate to contact us. We need you to be able to do our work!
