The 4th Gender Summit will take place on 30 June - 1 July 2014, in Brussels.
Psychology has been contributing to the understanding of how, when and why organisations and work are gendered, and how gender (im)balance affects performance of teams and communication. Since 2011, the Gender Summit has promoted these discussions in the context of science institutions and research. This year's Summit will focus on Horizon 2020. For the first time in the history of EU funding, gender equality issues and gender dimension in research content have been explicitly included as success criteria.
