In 2018 as well as In Practice’s regular edition we are delighted to offer further special editions:
We are happy to announce that the second edition of the Special Issue on Workplace Innovation will be published in our freshly redesigned and rebranded In Practice Journal next spring. This edition will include five articles from different countries (Denmark, Finland, Germany, Guatemala and The Netherlands) dealing with workplace innovation theory, practice and empirical evidence. For those of you who may have missed the first volume of the Special Issue, it can be found here: http://www.eawop.org/latest-issue .
Call for papers in Innovation in Performance Management and Feedback Interventions
The upcoming special edition will present evidence-based feedback methods, tools and procedures. We will shed some light into the empirical evidence on the relationship between individual performance outcomes and firm level performance. Articles will also deal with the latest trends in Performance Management and Feedback Interventions, such as “instant feedback” and other innovative techniques to improve the quality of feedback in organizations. We encourage your contributions sent as a proposal (1,000 to 2,000 words) submitted to a.carter@sheffield.ac.uk by Monday 4th June, 2018.
