General Assembly 2025

Dear Members of EAWOP,

EAWOP is required to hold a General Assembly (GA) every year. This is a face to face meeting in congress years and will take place in Prague in May 2025. 

Only constituents and full members may participate in the remote GA, but we want to inform all our members about the activities and the financial situation of EAWOP. To this end, we have prepared the following documents:

1 - Annual report about events organized and conducted in 2024
2 - Balance sheet and a state of income and expenditure 2024

Each document are available on our website  (you first need to log-in to the EAWOP site to access the “members’ area”, where documents will be made available in the page that bears the name “GA-2025”).

Comments and questions regarding the documents should be addressed to the General Secretary by email (eawop.secretary@gmail.com).

Members and constituents will receive a formal invitation to attend via e-mail.
