Co-Friday at EAWOP 2019 in Turin

Co-operation between research, teaching, application of knowledge to practice, evaluation and review are at the heart Work and Organizational Psychology and crucial for our Association. The proposal called ‘co-Friday’ wishes to highlight the value of co-operation between academics, practitioners and Human Resource professionals by providing a series of focused presentations describing the co-creation of knowledge and an interactive debate to explore innovative ways to continue such co-operative activities. So, on Friday 31st of May during the EAWOP congress in Turin, three sessions will bring together contemporary practitioner, academic and HR voices as:
• Symposium 1 – Competencies in Crisis: Implications for HR Practice,
• Symposium 2 – Interventions aimed at creating healthy workplaces,
• Interactive debate – The digital transformation of work is here – how scientists and practitioners can work together to manage needed workplace changes
