New Master programme in Work and Organizational Psychology

The Master programme started as an European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) initiative.
Work and organizational psychology professionals from six EU states (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Sweden, and Finland) established a network (EAWOP Baltic Area Alliance) to improve the competence in the region and compose a Master programme. The master in Work and Organizational Psychology is developed according to the academic standard of the European Diploma of Psychology (EuroPsy) and it follows the Reference Model and Minimal Standards of the European Curriculum in Work and Organizational Psychology established by the European Network of Work and Organizational Psychology Professors (ENOP).
