The Royal Military Academy (RMA), in collaboration with the Faculty of Psychology and Neuroscience at Maastricht University (UM), invites applications for a PhD position in adaptive leadership—how leaders adjust behaviors in dynamic environments. This unique opportunity is ideal for candidates passionate about leadership development research and eager to contribute to the field. Final-year Master’s students are also welcome to apply, provided they obtain their Master’s degree before the position begins.
