The Department of Management at Université Laval is currently seeking applicants qualified in Leadership and People Management. The professional and research interests of the candidates should focus on issues such as leadership, team management, prevention and resolution of conflicts, mediation, management of difficult situations, interpersonal communications and relations.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Teaching and supervising undergraduate and graduate students;

Research and publication in fields related to the position;
-
Participation in teaching and administrative activities of the Department and the Faculty;
-
Participation in academic activities, off-campus and abroad, that contribute to the visibility of the University, and the Faculty.
SELECTION CRITERA
-
Ph. D. in Business Administration or another relevant field. Doctoral students with significant progress towards their degree will be considered (i.e. ABD);
-
Ability to teach in French;
-
Aptitudes in scholarly research and teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels;
-
Ability and interest in working in multidisciplinary teams;
-
Prior professional experience in people or team management would be an appreciable asset;
-
Ability and interest in executive education teaching.
