RWTH course PsyHealth worXs! starts again on the 23 rd October 2023

We are again offering our course PsyHealth worXs!, an online training on psychosocial risk assessment, due to increased demand. The course was developed by scientists at RWTH Aachen University, Germany and Maastricht University, Netherlands and funded by EIT Health.

PsyHealth worXs! is a free 6-week online training that guides you step-by-step through the process of a psychosocial risk assessment. Whether you have the role of a manager or are an occupational health professional, occupational safety specialist, HR manager or employee representative, we will give you all the tools you need to successfully conduct or facilitate a psychosocial risk assessment by yourself!

All the information is presented in short sessions that you can follow at your own pace, wherever you are! Each week there are several short videos, quizzes, and assignments that will help you create a safe and healthy work environment in your organization! The course language is English, but German, Dutch, Portuguese, Swedish, Luxemburgish, French, Spanish, Romanian and Slovenian subtitles are available. You can even discuss your ideas with peers who are also attending the course and benefit from the exclusive insights of our experienced experts and practitioners. In addition, this year we created a Serious Game for converting the gained knowledge into skills.

This year there are the following innovations:

- The Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) subtitles are now available in 9 languages:
German, English, Español, Français, Lëtzebuergesch, Nederlands, Português, Românesc, Svenska.
- The additional materials now include an overview of instruments for assessing psychosocial risks and a catalogue of measures with recommendations for work redesign.
- After first evaluation the additionally available serious game for applying the knowledge gained through the MOOC was optimised in terms of time and is now available in 8 languages.
