Accommodation
In order to ensure that you get a room in the three designated hotels for the conference, we encourage you to make your booking before 30th April: https://sdt2019.org/practical-info/venue-hotel.
After 30th April, rooms can still be booked against the negotiated SDT rates, but subject to availability.
Excursions (optional)
As SDT conference delegates you can book excursions organized by Events Holland for yourself or your families. The conference registration fee does not cover excursion costs, so these costs will need to be paid separately. Events Holland will be your contact for all aspects relating to the excursions. For more information, to book an excursion and for questions about the excursions please visit https://sdt2019.org/program/social-program. Please check the conference programme before booking your excursions.
Please be informed that the 'Keukenhof' tulip garden closes on May 19, 2019, excursions to the Keukenhof are only available on May 18 and 19, 2019!
Transportation/Shuttle service (optional)
You can arrange your transportation from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to Hotel Zuiderduin and back. Book your transportation now!
Please be informed that you can book your transportation/shuttle service from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to Hotel Zuiderduin until May 18, 2019 for a special SDT price. From Hotel Zuiderduin to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport you can book your transportation/shuttle service until May 23, 2019. After these dates you can contact the taxi company directly via 0031 72 574 3000 and the transportation will be subject to availability.
