Invitation to contribute with a paper to a Special Issue "Preventing and Addressing Negative Behaviours in the Workplace”

As guest editors, Prof. Dr. Elfi Baillien and Prof. Dr. Jordi Escartín and I would like to invite you and/or your colleagues to contribute with a paper to a Special Issue "Preventing and Addressing Negative Behaviours in the Workplace," hosted by the Behavioral Sciences journal.

This edition aims to foster a dynamic discourse, engaging scholars and practitioners in exploring innovative strategies, interventions, and policies that effectively mitigate and prevent detrimental behaviours in professional environments. By sharing your research, experience, or case studies, you'll play a crucial role in this transformative dialogue, aiding in the promotion of healthier, more respectful, and productive workplaces. We eagerly look forward to your valuable participation and the impactful knowledge you will undoubtedly bring to this special issue.

The abstract submission deadline is December 15, 2023, and the manuscript submission deadline is August 31, 2024. Nonetheless, authors are welcome to submit their articles as soon as they are prepared. Upon submission, all manuscripts will be subjected to the standard peer-review process and will be published upon acceptance without having to wait until the final submission deadline. For additional information, please refer to the special issue webpage.
