Conflict Prevention and Management
The Department of Management at Université Laval is currently looking for candidates interested in the individual, team and organizational aspects of conflict prevention and management.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Teaching and supervising undergraduate and graduate students;
-
Research and publication in fields related to the position;
-
Participation in teaching and administrative activities of the Department and the Faculty;
-
Participation in academic activities, off-campus and abroad, that contribute to the visibility of the University, and the Faculty.
SELECTION CRITERA
-
Ph. D. in Business Administration or another relevant field. Doctoral students with significant progress towards their degree will be considered (i.e. ABD);
-
Ability to teach in French;
-
Aptitudes in scholarly research and teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels;
-
Ability and interest in working in multidisciplinary teams;
-
Professional experience in the field of conflict prevention and management would be an asset;
-
Ability and interest in executive education teaching.
