The University of Geneva, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (Switzerland), invites applications for the position of an Associate Professor or Tenure Track Assistant Professor in ‘Organizational Psychology’.

Job description

This is a full-time position. Successful candidates will cover the field of organizational psychology in teaching and research. They are expected to develop research programs at national and international levels in this field, to secure external funding, and to establish relations with the community and non academic organizations. Teaching duties will include undergraduate and graduate courses as well as Ph.D. research supervision. Successful candidates will also participate in administrative and managerial duties within the Section of Psychology and the Faculty.

Requirements

PhD in psychology, or equivalent. Successful candidates are expected to have a university experience in teaching, and a strong program of research in the field of organizational psychology with an excellent track record of international, high-quality publications, and research grants. They will have an excellent capacity to lead research teams and will develop an interest in organizational psychology integrating different theoretical and methodological approaches, various populations and different social and cultural contexts. The working language is French. Successful candidates are required to be fluent in French within 3 years.

Start date: 1st August 2025, or as agreed
