Vacancy for Associate Professor Strategic HRM



The Department of Business Administration at the Nijmegen School of Management, Radboud University, is looking for an Associate Professor of Strategic Human Research Management, specialising in the institutional context of employment relations. National and international legislation and labour market regulation; historical, social and political systems; and the power of labour unions and trade associations all have an impact on HRM strategies and the adoption of HRM practices within work organisations. As organisations operate in complex institutional environments, core expertise in this regard is important and will strengthen the Chair of Strategic HRM.

As Associate Professor of Strategic HRM, you will be part of the Strategic HRM Chair group within the Department of Business Administration which seeks to educate students for future challenges through our integral Business Administration study programme. Together with the other members of the Chair group and the Department of Business Administration, you will further develop the quality and impact of the group's teaching activities.
