Integrated Org Solutions (IOS) is one of the largest solutions in the McKinsey Solutions Office. It consists of several solutions which include OHI, a comprehensive organizational health assessment to help organizations build a customized roadmap to strengthen both performance and health, as well as OrgLab, a tech-enabled solution that identifies opportunities in a client’s org structure as well as supports them through their organizational redesign. 
Established in early 2010, the Polish Knowledge Centre in Wroclaw is McKinsey’s dedicated hub for knowledge professionals in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. To strengthen the IOS team we are looking for:

Organizational Solutions Coach

McKinsey Organizational Solutions Coaches deliver end-to-end support activities related to OHI and OrgLab – from supporting clients with workplanning, data collection, deployment of surveys and conducting analytics, to results syndication and action planning.
Specifically you will be responsible for:
• Managing the administration, analysis, and synthesis of data from McKinsey diagnostic tools and techniques and clients feedback reports
• Problem solving within clients and McKinsey consultants to help develop the blueprint and program architecture to guide organizational health and design improvements
• Coaching McKinsey consultants on proprietary tools and techniques
• Building, codifying and disseminating knowledge related to OHI and OrgLab
• Occasionally, working full-time on on site projects at client's premises, including travel when required
• Facilitating client workshops
• Getting expertise in specific domains like: market outreach, client service, analytics etc.                                
• Investing in building the Solution through developing new tools, systems, etc.

Who are we looking for

• University degree, ideally in organizational/ industrial psychology, business, engineering, operations, economics or other technical discipline; strong academic record
• 0-3 years of experience
• Solid problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to use statistics to solve organizational health problems
• Experience  in organizational behavior or survey design and implementation
• Previous experience in developing and analyzing surveys (as an asset) or developing insights from software analytics
• Familiarity with Excel  and PowerPoint
