The department of Applied Psychology: Work, Education, Economy of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Vienna, is searching for a post-doc researcher with a focus on work and organizational psychology. The team is a productive group comprised of work and organizational psychologists, mainly dealing with new forms of work (e.g. flexible work). We are looking for a collaborator with interest in our research who has research and teaching experience in the field of work and organizational psychology. Tasks include scientific research and teaching in the field of work and organizational psychology, as well as administrative tasks at the department and faculty.

Job Description:

- Integration into the team of work and organizational psychology in teaching, research, and administration
- Participation in research projects in new forms of work
- International publications and presentations in German and English
- Responsibility for project applications and the acquisition of third-party funding
- Holding classes due to extent regulations of wage agreement
- Active student support
- Participation in evaluation processes and quality assurance
- Participation in the administration of the institute and the faculty

Profile:
- Completed doctorate in psychology (focus on work and organizational psychology)
- Research and teaching experience in work and organizational psychology
- Excellent knowledge of statistic software (SPSS, multilevel-analysis, etc.)
- Experience with scientific publications and lectures in national and international space
- Social competence and ability to integrate into the team of work and organizational psychology
