The 20th International Group Relations Conference will be held in Palermo, Italy (16-19 March 2017) which is also the second conference focused on the Mediterranean and the primary task is to explore how conscious and unconscious representations regarding borders and beauty affect the way both staff and participants take their authority and leadership in the here and now of the conference.
