Call for Papers: A special issue on the leadership-inclusion relationship.

We are delighted to announce that Amy Randel, Paul Harvey, Joyce Elena Schleu, and Wieke Knol are inviting scholars to submit their work on the leadership-inclusion relationship for a special issue of Group & Organization Management!

The rapidly evolving field of leadership and inclusion presents both significant opportunities and challenges in organizational research. This special issue aims to address the methodological and conceptual gaps in this area, advancing our understanding and contributing to providing actionable insights for practitioners to foster inclusive environments effectively. To contribute, submit your work to our special issue by 1st of December, 2024.
