Hello from the Editors of OPR. We have exciting news! The most recent (2022) journal statistics are in and Organizational Psychology Review (OPR)'s Impact Factor (IF) has soared from 5.6 to 6.1 (5-Year Impact Factor: 6.3). OPR has achieved an impressive ranking of 14 out of 83 (Q1) in “Applied Psychology” and has also climbed to rank 72 out of 227 (Q2) in “Management”.
