WAOP Conference 2016

Dear Colleagues,

It is our pleasure to invite you to Rotterdam for the annual WAOP conference, which will this year be held at the Erasmus Expo & Conference Centre at Erasmus University Rotterdam, location Woudestein, on the 25^th of November, 2016. The WAOP conference offers all Dutch and Belgian researchers in Work & Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management the opportunity to present their current work, to receive helpful feedback from colleagues, and to get together.

This year, the conference is organized by the Center of Excellence for Positive Organizational Psychology of Erasmus University Rotterdam. We aim to realize an interesting and varied conference program, including two keynotes. Dr. Alfredo Rodriguez-Muñoz from the Complutense University of Madrid will inspire you with a presentation about the spillover and crossover of employee well-being. Prof. Dr. Marc van Veldhoven from Tilburg University will shed light on the link between Strategic HRM and employee well-being.in an informal atmosphere.

The day will be closed with a fantastic dinner at the Erasmus Paviljoen (at Erasmus University). We are looking forward to welcoming you in Rotterdam!
