WELLMED International Meeting

02.10.2015

Second International Meeting on Well being and Performance in Clinical Practice (WELLMED)

Second Call of Abstracts

Following the success of our previous meeting in May 2014, the conference will explore how burnoutand well-being are related to different aspects of quality of care and patient safety, in terms of clinical decision making, communication in clinical practice, medical errors, civility at the workplace, and patient neglect. The conference will explore both negative and debilitating predictors of work performance as well as positive and motivating ones, including physician resilience and job engagement. A special emphasis will also be given to innovative ways of including training on wellbeing and patient safety at different levels of medical education. (http://wellmed.gr)
