Faculty position of Industrial-Organizational Psychology

The faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences has a vacancy for a professorship, starting from October 1st, 2013. It concerns a job as a full time Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Full professor in the department of Personnel Management, Work and Organizational Psychology, charged with academic teaching, and scientific research in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. The rank of the appointment will be made in accordance with the specific profile of the selected candidate. A full-time position at the level of Associate or Full professor entails a tenured appointment.
The Department of Personnel Management, Work and Organizational Psychology at Ghent University is a research-based academic group that highly values groundbreaking, high-impact and practically relevant research and dissemination in premier academic journals. In recent years, the department’s research has been published in journals such as JAP, PPsych, OBHDP, JOM, Annual Review of Psychology, American Psychologist, and Psych Science. We are looking for an exceptional scholar who wants to work with our current group to further develop the department into a top ranked I/O Psychology department.
