A position is open for a full-time faculty member in the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of KU Leuven (Belgium) in the domain of Work Psychology. We are looking for candidates with expertise in the broad area of work psychology and a strong interest and motivation for teaching. KU Leuven is a leading academic institution in Europe and its mission is to realize excellent academic education and research. The research unit Occupational and Organizational Psychology and Professional Learning (O2L) sets out to facilitate the fit between the individual, the job and the work environment, with specific attention to the many changes in the world of work. The research within O2L is both fundamental and applied, and diverse in terms of both content and method. The research unit is strongly involved in national and international interdisciplinary projects and networks and well connected to practice.
